Bill's Clock Shop has been managed by Sue, Bill's daughter, since 1972. Sue is certified as a Quality Technician in Mechanical Inspection by The American Society for Quality Control. Her industrial background as a quality control engineer brought the technical aspects of the business to a level unequaled in most clock repair businesses. Over the years, Sue has expanded her business to provide enhanced customer service while maintaining the personal contact which only a family business can provide. In 1972, our service department was expanded to include the repair and restoration of American made Automobile and Aircraft Clocks. In 1976, we added the repair of antique, wind up Victrolas. We also became a designated "Service Center" for some of America's leading clock companies.

Our expansion in 1980 responded to customer demand for sales of antique, specialty and unique clocks of all kinds. This expansion not only satisfied the customer needs for various clocks and programs but still maintained the family tradition of "Servicing What We Sell."
